BLUSA Hires Raymond Cooney as Chief Risk Officer

Bank Leumi USA announced the appointment of Raymond P. Cooney as senior vice president and chief risk officer. Reporting to Uzi Rosen, chief executive officer of Bank Leumi USA, Mr. Cooney is responsible for the overall risk management of the bank, including Credit Administration, Treasury Middle Office and Data Security.
