Bank Leumi USA’s corporate finance activities include lending to borrowers nationwide by participating in broadly syndicated cash flow loans in both the primary and secondary bank loan markets.
The bank targets borrowers in a wide range of industries, in both the investment grade and non-investment grade ratings segments. The purpose of these loans can range from commercial paper backup, to financing general corporate purposes, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Also, on a direct basis, the department provides letter of credit programs that support product exports.
