Leumi Online is Bank Leumi USA’s Internet-based window to your banking relationship with us. It’s easy, safe and secure, and it’s available 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.

What are the minimal PC requirements for using Leumi Online?

In order to use Leumi Online, users must have Windows 7 (or above) on their PC and be running Internet Explorer version 10 or above.

Should I disable pop-up blockers when I am using Leumi Online?

Some features of Leumi Online require that your pop-up blocker be disabled in order to utilize.

Can I access my Bank Leumi le-Israel accounts through Leumi Online?

No. You can only access accounts maintained with Bank Leumi USA.

Which Bank Leumi USA accounts can I access?

You can access any account (checking, money market, savings, time deposits, loans and financial assets) for which you have authorization.

Will I still receive a monthly or quarterly paper statement?

Yes, you will continue to receive your monthly or quarterly paper statement. However, you will automatically be enrolled in e-statements and have the option to opt-out of receiving monthly paper statements online.

How secure is Leumi Online?

We use a combination of the latest security technologies to protect any data accessed through Leumi Online. Leumi Online features password-controlled entry and state-of-the-art firewall protection. We have implemented intrusion detection mechanisms and anti-hacking protocols, which prevent and control access to customer information. For added safety, we partially mask your account number.

How often should I change my password?

For additional protection when logging into any Bank Leumi USA online service, change your password regularly. Bank Leumi USA will ask you to change your password every 90 days.

Do I need to log off of Leumi Online?

Yes. When you are finished with any Bank Leumi USA online service session, use the logout button to log off of the site.

What if I forget my password?

Consumer clients may click on the ‘contact us’ email on the Leumi Online login page or call us at 1.800.892.5430 from anywhere in the U.S. or at 1.917.542.2343 from outside the U.S. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EST) to have your password reset. You’ll be asked a series of questions in order to verify your identity. Corporate clients must contact their Corporate Administrator.

Who Can Use Bill Pay?

The Bill Pay service is available for domestic or corporate clients. The Bill Pay service is
not available for International clients.

What is ACH?

ACH is an automated clearing house payment network. All clients are able to receive incoming ACH transactions as well as having their account debited on instructions from another financial institution. Only corporate clients can initiate originating ACH debit transactions after completing a separate ACH agreement.

Can I Send Wires?

Wires can be sent by domestic and commercial corporate client accounts. Domestic clients will be required to answer a security question to validate the outgoing wire. Corporate clients will be asked to submit their passcode and 6-digit RSA token code. International clients will need to contact their relationship manager.
